  Our curriculum is ambitious, well-planned, and carefully sequenced, ensuring that students build on their prior knowledge effectively. Teachers have strong subject knowledge and present information clearly, helping students to understand and retain key concepts. 
• Behaviour and Attitudes: Good 
  Students at Winston Way Academy behave well and show respect for others. The school environment is calm and orderly, with high expectations set for both learning and behaviour. 
• Personal Development: Outstanding 
  We place a strong emphasis on the personal development of our students. Our efforts to support students’ physical and mental health, as well as their understanding of different cultures, have been recognised as exemplary. 
• Leadership and Management: Good 
  Our leadership team is dedicated to continuous improvement and ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education. While some subject leadership is still being embedded, overall leadership is strong and effective. 
• Early Years Provision: Good 
  In the early years, staff help children grow in confidence and prepare them well for the next stages of their education. The curriculum in early years is well thought out, laying a solid foundation for future learning.
